Insurance Coverage & Need Based Discounts

If you have insurance coverage for yourself and/or your child, the cost of your lactation or nutrition appointment may be covered by your insurance company with little or no charge to you.

*Additionally, insurance eligibility does not guarantee payment or determine final patient responsibility. Coverage varies by individual plan, and final cost is determined by your insurer. Some plans may apply deductibles, copays, or visit limits. If your plan doesn’t allow direct billing, I can provide a superbill for reimbursement. FSA/HSA/HRA funds may also be used.

If you are insured but do not have a plan that covers lactation or nutrition services through these options, you may still be able to receive assistance from your insurance. After your appointment, I can supply you with a superbill which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.
