Insurance Coverage & Need Based Discounts

If you have Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, or United insurance, the cost of your lactation appointment may be covered by your insurance company. To see if you qualify for complete coverage of in-home and/or telehealth lactation consultation appointments with me, simply visit the Lactation Network by clicking here to verify your coverage. Often, individuals can be pre-approved within a few hours which will guarantee you no out-of-pocket cost. If you qualify, they will handle the paperwork and bill your insurance directly! 

If you are insured but do not have a plan that covers lactation through Lactation Network, you may still be able to receive assistance from your insurance. After your appointment, I can supply you with a superbill which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note, I cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company.
